1. Acceptance of Terms

Krx18's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. Users hereby release krx18 from any claims arising from betting or gaming outcomes, as all game results are determined by audited random number generators (RNG) that cannot be manipulated by any party, including krx18 itself. Should a dispute arise regarding any transaction or game result, users must contact our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident for an investigation to be carried out.

Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to maintenance charges or closure in accordance with krx18's prevailing policies.
All content on the krx18 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of krx18 and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from krx18. Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only — krx18 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third-party websites separately before engaging with them.
7. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Krx18 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, legal changes or new platform policies. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or through a prominent notice on the platform's homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate action. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within thirty (30) days. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
